I'm sorry that your members are experiencing this issue! It sounds like your members don't have Javascript or Flash enabled properly. Could you please direct them to:
-make sure that Javascript is enabled on their browsers using this tutorial:

-make sure they have the most recent version of Adobe Flash player, available here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
If this still doesn't work, could you please ask them to contact us directly, and include your ticket number (081129-000090), their profile name on the network, and exactly where the freezes occur and how far they get in the uploading process? Any and all information would be of great use in finding a solution.
