About Me

Sonie Lasker, a Martial arts Hall of Fame Champion holds multiple titles in sport karate. She is the current Florida State title holder in her divisions and is awaiting possibly 5 world titles at the end of this season.
Sonie is also a member of the USAKF and slated to travel to Australia in September in 2009 and represent the United States in the World Matial Arts Games.
Her other carreers span from physical fitness, an arena in which Sonie has developed her own system based on applied phyics, intrinsic geomotry and martial art principles and on the other end theatre.
One of Sonie's passions since childhood has been theatre. She graduated from the Academy for the Performing Arts and has never given up her love of the stage. It is one of the driving forces that helps her to be a better competitor.
