Lori Wyman, CSA, will be back again in Sarasota Sept. 11-13 along with her actor-husband, Marc MaCauley for a special One-Liner Workshop weekend.
On the weekend on Sept. 26-27, famed actor/director/producer Ken Grant will be in tow for a Memorization Technique and Character Development workshop. Believe it or not, he can teach you how to memorize 3-5 pages of dialogue in 15 minutes! Plus, develop character approaches that will get you booked.

CAPSTONE ENTERTAINMENT - Is holding Auditions for their latest Feature Film "Stalker" - In Sarasota. They are looking for the following Principle Characters:

Sylvia Watson - Mid 20's - Early 30's.
Famous Model turned actress. The gleam in everyone's eyes.
Constantly surrounded by paparazzi and evening magazine gossip shows.

Jacqueline Barry - Mid to Late 20's.
An Actress/Model type - Currently filming 'slasher flicks'.
Seen in various swimsuit magazines.

Neighbor - Jim Belushi type.

Evening Magazine Hosts: 1 male - 1 female
(Typical 'Evening Magazine' / 'extra' TV Hosts)

Bryan Matthews - Sylvia's overwhelming Boyfriend

LOTS OF EXTRAS! - People of all types & ages.
For a Red Carpet event filmed in Sarasota.
Wanting to get a glimpse of the famous stars walking the red carpet event.

The Misplaced Comedy Group will be holding AUDITIONS!

The MCG are looking for talented people of all ages, located within Florida's "Suncoast", who are not afraid to "strut their stuff" in front of various mediums. If you think you're funny... If you're a Singer, VO Artist, Dancer, Actor, Model, produce videos, a writer, into set designing... The MCG wants YOU!

I will have 5 minutes worth of open mic at McCurdy's Comedy this Wednesday July 1st! If you call and tell them you are coming to see me, they might let you in for free! Or not!

I agree with Pat. I can't do it unpaid.

Funny story though, my first acting gig was a murder mystery show - and EXACTLY the one you are casting! I was Rebecca Postman/Officer Marnie Weaver. It's a FUN show!

Actors, if you can afford not to be paid, please check this audition out. The experience is INCREDIBLE. It really teaches you to STAY IN CHARACTER the entire time - improv with the audience... it's load's of fun.

Thank you, Matthew. It sounds like fun. However, mystery dinner theater is usually a paid gig and that's the way it will remain for me.

Hello everyone. I am still looking for a few performers for our upcoming Murder Mystery dinner show. The parts available are Kurt owner of the Last Chance Pump and Grill. Late 30 to 50. Veronica Kurt's sexy sultry wife 20 to 35. Harry Withers good character Actor. Any age must look like a banker. All parts are non-paid with a gas stipend paid based on attendance. The rehersal period will be from July 6th to July 24th M-F and July 26th to 30th.
