 niture Building,\n\nJean W. Morey holds a BA in creative writing from 
 Eckerd College, a MA in Illustration from Savannah College of Art and 
 Design and is a member of the Florida Watercolor Society. Society of C
 hildren's Book Writers and Illustrators, and nature Coast Painters.\n\
 nWorking in watercolor, pastel and colored pencil, among many other me
 dia, Jean has published more than 58 books. Many of the illustrations 
 she created for the Head Start program in the 1960s established the lo
 ok of the program’s publications.\n\nIn addition to her children’s
  book illustrations, Jean’s artistic pursuits have included puppetry
  and designing decals for children’s furniture, layouts and advertis
 ements for the Fair Store in Chicago, and bookends for the Consolidate
 d Book Co.\nTeaching this Fall at Long boat Key AC, State College od F

 She also has taught painting, illustration and art therapy to a range 
 of audiences in numerous venues, and her work has been shown in galler
